Terms of Service
These terms govern access to BuildVow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Effective September 18, 20261. Service operator and eligibility
BuildVow is operated by Abrahan Alberto Maradiaga as an individual. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business using the service.
2. The service
BuildVow provides tools for contractors to organize leads, estimates, projects, evidence, approvals, change orders, invoices and related communications. BuildVow is a workflow tool and is not legal, tax, accounting or construction advice.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for obtaining permission to enter, upload or share client, employee and project information.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BuildVow unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, access another user’s data without permission, upload malicious content, or use the service to infringe rights, deceive others or facilitate fraud.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant BuildVow a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your records and agreements.
6. Plans, billing and payments
Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to its terms. Unless a checkout page states otherwise, fees already earned for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel future renewal through the available billing controls.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep BuildVow reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every error will be corrected, or that business records alone will satisfy every legal or contractual requirement.
8. Suspension, liability and changes
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, address nonpayment or respond to a serious violation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildVow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will publish the revised effective date.
